H. Everette “Buddy” Cater II is the CEO of H F Banc, LLC. He is a twenty plus year lending veteran. He possesses vast knowledge of high trust lending, financial sales, underwriting, systems management, project development, team building, and loan portfolio management. His past experiences consist of repeatedly growing market share, creating and capitalizing on niche financial products, training and cross training his team, and creating impressive, highly profitable loan portfolios. In his years of lending, he has underwritten and has loaned funds for projects ranging from non asset based lines of credit to development and build out of residential / commercial PUDs to international development finance.
Mr. Cater has earned the reputation within the banking network of a highly skilled financial sales leader. His innovative method of lending grants him the ability to customize a lending package to meet his clients’ needs.
